$25K Law Enforcement Grant

What Do you Get?

  • Up to 3.5% of purchase price, not to exceed $25,000
  • No payment, no interest grant
  • May be used for down payment, closing costs, mortgage interest rate buydown, or paid-in-advance mortgage insurance

Who is Eligible?

The Fine Print

Must occupy primary residence within 30 days of closing

For the grant to be forgiven:

  • Have to stay in position for 5 years
  • % of grant forgiven each year
  • Must occupy the home primary residence
