GRANTS & REBATES

Eligible to National Ski Patrol Members and Utah Avalanche Center Forecasters, Employees and Board Members.

$20,000 New Construction Grant

For first-time buyers when buying a new construction home with a value under $450,000. Must be repaid upon selling the property.
$7,500 American Dream Grant

Semi-Monthly raffle for a $7,500 non-repayable grant from the Salt Lake board of Realtors. For first-time buyers. Must purchase within 90 days of winning.
$5,000 Agent & Lender Rebate

A credit from both the Lender and/or Real Estate Agent for services provided to be used for downpayment or closing costs.

*Estimate based on average rebate received when the Program's affiliated Lender and Agent were both used.
